Technical Field Service Technician (m/f/d)

- Installation and commissioning of new machines, as well as their functional and performance tests
- First point of contact on site to competently advise customers on technical requirements
- Return of loaned equipment and proper inspection of their functionality
- Conducting technology and operator training to keep customers up to date
- Maintenance and inspection of systems and loan equipment in the company’s own workshop
- Recording the work performed and maintaining documentation of machines and processes
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in automation, mechatronics, or electromechanics
- Alternatively, you have knowledge in the mechanical engineering sector
- Solid communication skills and no fear of customer contact distinguish you
- Fluent German and English, preferably combined with additional language skills
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
