There are fiduciaries who manage numbers. And then there are those who become the first point of contact for their clients - at the founding stage, during growth, and succession. If you belong to the latter group, you should read on.

For an established fiduciary company in the German-speaking part of Switzerland (around 20 people, clear SME focus, short communication lines) we are looking for a personality who truly owns their mandates - professionally, entrepreneurially, and in the client’s mind.

Your role

You manage your own mandates from A to Z: advising on all fiduciary matters, annual financial statements and tax returns, support with start-ups, restructurings and successions. And because you enjoy variety, you personally conduct limited audits for SMEs - the combination of fiduciary and audit work is not an add-on here, but the appeal of the role. You are on site with the client, not just in the Excel spreadsheet.

What you bring

Federal professional certificate as a fiduciary, authorisation from the Audit Oversight Authority (RAB), several years of experience and solid knowledge of Swiss tax and commercial law. Above all: the ambition to take responsibility rather than pass it on.
