The Social & Professional Sector of the Delafontaine Foundation aims to promote the well-being of the people it welcomes and supports and to ensure the social participation of each worker. The ESIO day centre welcomes complex situations and promotes learning related to social skills for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. The Dynamique day centre notably welcomes beneficiaries transitioning from minor to adult and promotes learning related to social skills for adults with intellectual disabilities.

YOU WILL BE ESSENTIAL FOR

• Designing socio-educational projects
• Ensuring the social participation of beneficiaries
• Encouraging social skills, learning and self-determination
• Contributing to an inclusive civic environment where participation is an expression
• Maintaining partnerships with the network, families, and legal guardians

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree as a HES/ES educator or CFC ASE; SEFRI recognition for foreign diplomas,
• Experience in the field of disability, particularly intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder and complex situations
• Sense of responsibility and daily autonomy
• Ability to adapt and structure
• Skills in transmission and ease in interpersonal contact
