HR Assistant at 40% (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an HR Assistant at 40% (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the administrative management of employees' journeys, from their hiring to their departure
• You will participate in the various stages of recruitment, including scheduling interviews and tracking applications
• You will support the integration of new employees to facilitate their taking up of duties.
• You will be responsible for the administrative follow-up of social insurances and personnel files.
• You will respond to employees' requests regarding administrative questions related to human resources
• You will update databases, tracking tables and administrative documents
• You will collaborate with the HR team to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes.
• You will ensure the accuracy of personnel information and compliance with internal procedures.

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• You have experience in an administrative environment, ideally in human resources or in the management of temporary staff.
• You express yourself fluently in French and write documents clearly, precisely and professionally.
• You demonstrate excellent organisational skills and place great importance on the quality of your work.
• You are able to manage several files simultaneously while respecting priorities and deadlines.
• You work independently while collaborating effectively with various internal and external contacts.
• You have good analytical skills and know how to find suitable solutions to encountered situations.
• You are known for your discretion, sense of responsibility and reliability.
• You are available at short notice to join a mission lasting up to two months.
