Senior Scrum Master (m/f/d)

What to expect

As a Scrum Master, you are part of our agile teams in the Partner Management and Lead Management area and contribute together with them to continuously develop and future-proof the IT landscape of Mobiliar.

What you will achieve with us

As a Scrum Master, you promote an agile mindset both within the team and across the entire organisation. You organise, moderate and embed Scrum processes and events within the team. In addition, you support the Product Owner in maintaining the Product Backlog and in stakeholder management.

In our hybrid teams with employees in Switzerland and Vietnam, you create the conditions for a trusting, open and successful collaboration across locations, cultures and time zones. You encourage knowledge exchange, strengthen the sense of belonging and support a team culture in which all team members are equally involved and can actively contribute their perspectives. In doing so, you recognise challenges in collaboration early, address cultural and communicative differences constructively and ensure that transparency, mutual understanding and shared responsibility are lived within the team.

Furthermore, you evaluate facts and key figures and incorporate the insights gained into the further development of the team.

What you bring with you

• At least two years of experience as a Team Coach or Scrum Master and solid knowledge of agile working methods
• Strong interest in supporting teams in their development
• Affinity for or experience with IT products and/or IT services
• Communicative, team-oriented and proactive personality with high resilience and assertiveness
• Willingness to support two agile & hybrid teams (Switzerland/Vietnam) and to travel to Vietnam once a year for around 10 days
• Fluent German and English skills
