Your Challenge
- Comprehensive advice and support for existing institutional clients (primarily external asset managers (EAM) in the Ticino region and Zurich area) and their international end clients
- Proactive, successful expansion of the EAM client base in the Ticino region and Zurich area
- Due diligence and compliance checks
- Participation in client events or external professional events
- Independent preparation and follow-up of client meetings
- Receiving and recording stock, currency, and money market orders
- Collaboration and/or leadership of cross-departmental projects
Your Profile
- Completed banking training
- Further education completed (e.g. Bachelor, professional certificates, university of applied sciences)
- Several years of experience in supporting external asset managers (EAM)
- Good knowledge of corporate law
- Very good user knowledge in MS Office, Avaloq experience, and SAQ certification are advantageous
- Very good Italian and English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is an advantage
- Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented personality with high self-initiative and independence
- High customer orientation and willingness to serve
- Well-groomed manners, confident appearance, and excellent communication skills
