About the job

With its unique range of services – prevention, insurance, rehabilitation – Suva offers its insured persons comprehensive health protection. The main mission of the Suva Clinics is the rehabilitation of accident victims. In addition to the traditional disciplines of neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, our two clinics in Sion (CRR) and Bellikon (RKB) offer specialised services for the rehabilitation of burn patients, technical orthopaedics and vocational rehabilitation, early rehabilitation of para-/tetraplegic patients.

We are looking for our future:

Main tasks

• Administrative management for both clinics in French and German:
• Document management
• Management and monitoring of client feedback, CIRS messages, etc.
• Support for the documentation of improvement and corrective measures
• Organisation of satisfaction surveys (patients, referrers) and internal and external audits
• Documentation of audits, quality circles, incident analysis groups, etc.
• Assistance with risk controls
• Management and analysis of statistics
• Support for the induction of new employees in quality and process management
• Support for the development and implementation of quality-related concepts and improvement measures with specialised departments (quality agreement according to Art. 58a LAMal)
• Support for the implementation and monitoring of internal and external quality requirements and standards (e.g. ANQ, Hplus)
• Collaboration on projects (e.g. harmonisation of the management system)

Our expectations

• Basic training in administration and/or a health profession
• Courses such as quality manager in the healthcare sector, quality and process manager, etc.
• Experience in quality management, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Ability to organise and structure
• Networking mindset and action combined with the ability to collaborate with people from different professional groups/partners
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing with a service orientation
• Assertiveness
• Very good knowledge of MS Office products and applications and integrated management systems (IMS)
• Mandatory: Native-level knowledge of French as well as very good knowledge of German (bilingual) and occasional willingness to travel (Bellikon, Bern)
