Full-time Field Service Technician (m/f/d)

Your main tasks are:

• Maintenance and servicing of endoscope washing and disinfection systems
• Willingness to travel, mainly in the Bern region and French-speaking Switzerland
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Installation and commissioning
• Safety and operational checks
• Technical advice to customers
• Writing intervention reports
• Collaboration with manufacturers and internal service

What you bring:

• Training as an automation technician, electrician installer, mechatronics technician, electromechanic or polymechanic
• Experience in technical after-sales service and in the field of medical technology is an advantage
• Ability to work independently
• Strong customer orientation
• Fluency in French (conversational level) or native language
• Very good knowledge of German
• English skills appreciated
• Category B driving licence
