IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you ensure smooth IT operations by analysing disruptions, resolving hardware and software issues, and efficiently handling requests. You support users in their daily use of IT systems, respond to support tickets and assist them with technical questions. Additionally, you take on the installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, peripheral devices and standard applications. Through your structured approach, you document solutions clearly and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes. With your professional demeanour, you ensure that IT topics become understandable and practical for users.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring reliable IT user support and independently handling incoming technical issues from analysis to solution finding
Provision and maintenance of modern workstations including notebooks, mobile devices and the associated hardware and software
Administration of user access and permissions as well as structured management of the IT components used
Active participation in technical rollouts and IT projects as well as shaping efficient and user-friendly service processes
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ and practical experience in a support or workplace function
Confident handling of Microsoft-based workplace environments, especially Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
Basic understanding of network and server infrastructures as well as sensitivity to IT security, data protection and established IT standards
Service-oriented and responsible personality with high social competence and an independent, solution-oriented working style
