Our client develops and implements technically sophisticated machines and automation solutions for international industrial customers. In this versatile position, you take responsibility for electrical concepts, hardware planning, and the technical advancement of modern machines.

What to expect

• You develop electrical schematics and hardware concepts for complex machines and systems.
• You select electrical components and coordinate closely with mechanics, automation, and project management.
• You ensure that safety requirements, standards, and technical norms are properly implemented.
• You work with EPLAN and further develop internal templates, standards, and libraries.
• You support documentation, technical clarifications, commissioning, and internal training.

What you bring

• You have training as an electrical planner, electrical draftsman, automation technician, or further education at HF/FH level in electrical engineering, systems engineering, or mechatronics.
• You bring experience in hardware planning, automation, or mechanical engineering.
• You are familiar with EPLAN or a comparable CAE system.
• You understand control, regulation, and safety technology and enjoy working on practical solutions.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and communicate confidently in German and English.

Onboarding & induction

You will be carefully introduced to products, processes, and engineering standards. At the beginning, you will get to know the technical systems, internal standards, and collaboration with various departments. Gradually, you will take on initial tasks and deepen your understanding of the electrical interrelationships within machines and systems. With growing experience, you will receive more responsibility for your own projects and technical decisions. You will benefit from a well-coordinated team, short communication paths, and an environment that encourages initiative. This way, you will quickly develop into an important contact person within engineering.
