Your Tasks

As an IBI-care Consultant, you are the main contact person for our customers and prospects. In addition to these support and consulting tasks, you lead projects internally and externally, are involved in the testing process of the software solution, and independently carry out configuration adjustments on customer systems. Customer training, support, and visits are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you assist in the implementation of service tariffs in IBI-care, in documentation such as the IBI-care manuals, and in module-specific training.

Your Profile

Experience in the hospital environment in at least one of the areas of service recording, billing, or tariff management, as well as some IT affinity/knowledge and tariff know-how, are important prerequisites. Linguistically, we require very good German skills (C1-C2); additionally, very good French skills would be perfect. Furthermore, you are characterized by communication skills, teamwork, and personal commitment. Completed training, a degree, or a comparable qualification in a related field are advantageous.
