Property Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Role:
Are you looking for an exciting new challenge in property management? Our Rocken partner is seeking an experienced Property Manager (m/f/d) to manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. In this role, you can expect varied tasks and a motivated team to support you in your work.
Responsibilities:
- Management of an own portfolio of residential and commercial properties
- Organisation and conduct of viewings and property handovers
- Preparation of service charge statements and monitoring of operating costs
- Coordination and supervision of maintenance work and renovations
- Contact person for owners, tenants and external service providers
- Negotiation and preparation of rental contracts
- Budgeting and cost control of the managed properties
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or property management qualification
- Several years of experience in property management
- Knowledge of service charge accounting and property accounting
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and organisational talent
- Very good German language skills spoken and written
