Customer Service Advisor 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Coordination and organisation of the daily workshop operations with efficient capacity and resource planning

• Comprehensive advice and support for our customers regarding all service and repair services for vehicles

• Preparation of cost estimates, workshop orders and customer invoices

• Active participation in the development of customer-oriented service offers and innovative services

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through professional, friendly communication and excellent service

• Support with warranty processing and its monitoring

• Monitoring work progress and ensuring quality standards

• Professional handling and resolution of customer complaints

• Supporting the sales team in sales-promoting activities

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ

• Further training as a customer service advisor with a federal diploma or certificate

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a customer service advisor

• High sense of responsibility and reliability

• Customer-oriented work attitude with high commitment and excellent manners

• Teamwork skills, resilience, flexibility as well as forward-looking and networked thinking

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form at a negotiation-secure level, additional foreign languages are an advantage

• Very good MS Office and IT skills

• Driving licence category B
