Technical Buyer Industry 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active industrial company with many years of experience. Quality, innovative solutions and the continuous development of products and processes are at the core.
Responsibilities:
Supplier management includes request for quotations, price comparisons and the search for new sources of supply.
You coordinate orders and delivery dates and resolve discrepancies directly with suppliers.
For returns and delivery issues, you organise the necessary measures in the spare parts business.
You keep article master data for spare parts and accessories up to date in the ERP system.
You prepare market analyses and customer feedback for purchasing and department management.
You participate in the planning and implementation of sales promotions together with suppliers.
You support the optimisation of IT systems through professional feedback and maintenance of existing applications.
In day-to-day business, you take on operational tasks and support collaboration within the team.
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial basic training with complementary knowledge in the other area.
Several years of experience in procurement, scheduling or spare parts planning in an industrial company.
Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong numerical understanding and the ability to systematically evaluate information.
Independent working style with high accuracy and reliable task completion.
Strong communication skills in exchange with suppliers and internal contacts.
Initiative and teamwork skills when handling several parallel tasks.
Very good German skills as well as business fluent English; French skills are an advantage.
