A Team Leader – Building Operations at 100%

We are looking for the building services

Your mission

• Carry out cleaning and routine maintenance work on buildings while participating in the planning and general organisation of the sector
• Supervise and coordinate the team attached to the sector: allocate tasks, convey instructions and control the quality of the work performed
• Develop and maintain contacts with all stakeholders related to the buildings (teaching staff, societies, companies, etc.)
• Manage the stock of school furniture and maintenance equipment, ensuring the pooling of available resources
• Prepare work requests and ensure their follow-up

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as an operations agent or equivalent training
• Proven experience in team supervision and building cleaning, ideally in a school environment
• Welcoming attitude and solution-oriented
• Organisational skills, sense of responsibility
