For our surgical/orthopaedic nursing team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a certified nursing specialist HF/FH, with the option to work in our interdisciplinary day clinic

We offer you an interesting, very lively and varied workplace in a beautiful setting. In the first year, you will be deployed on a ward with about 20 patients and care for patients in the surgical/orthopaedic departments. Our interdisciplinary day clinic belongs to our area and the employees who work there are trained by us in the inpatient setting. As retirements are expected next year, we are already starting recruitment now. You will receive thorough induction and your professional development will be ensured through a comprehensive range of training and further education. We are happy to offer you a trial day for mutual acquaintance.

- Provision of professional care and support for our patients and their relatives
- Responsibility for the nursing process of a patient from admission to discharge in the sense of primary nursing
- Goal- and solution-oriented work in the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Guidance and support of trainees and new employees
You bring with you
- a completed professional training as a nursing specialist HF / FH
- Ideally, you already have several years of practical experience in nursing in a surgical and/or orthopaedic specialty
- Experience in a Swiss acute hospital is a prerequisite for this demanding position
- Creative, proactive and resilient, you enjoy working in a team-oriented, interdisciplinary and solution-focused manner
- Networked thinking and a high sense of responsibility
