In this role you are far more than "Inside Sales" – you are consultant, strategist and relationship manager all in one:
Growth driver: You independently identify potentials, turn leads into long-term partnerships and actively bring our special applications (GMP & food law) to the customer.
Omnichannel professional: Whether video call, email or telephone – you use modern channels to competently advise customers on products and services.
Portfolio manager: You manage your customer portfolio with a focus on sustainable profitability and secure the joint future through multi-year contracts.
Networker: As a link between marketing, engineering and customer service, you ensure that even complex customer requirements are implemented efficiently.
Convincing all round | Your profile
You are not a "second line" salesperson, but looking for an environment where you can make a difference:
Experience: You have a commercial or technical background and are passionate about sales (ideally 3–5 years of experience).
Industry know-how: You understand industrial processes or have initial insights into welding technology or the food and pharmaceutical industry.
Language talent: You are confident in German (C1) and communicate confidently in French (B1). English and/or Italian are a welcome plus for our international network.
Mindset & personality: You work independently, solution-oriented and have a high digital affinity. "Safety First" is a way of life for you, not a buzzword.
