HR Generalist (m/f/d)
Our client is an innovative Swiss industrial company specialising in precision and manufacturing technologies. Responsibilities:
You manage the entire HR administration along the employee lifecycle
You handle social insurance cases and support administrative tasks in the annual salary process
You prepare work references, certificates, statistics, and HR reports
You maintain time management and HR systems and ensure correct processing of employee data
You support apprentices and participate in recruitment, assessment, and training
You are the contact person for employees and managers regarding administrative HR questions
You contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and employee events or take on their management
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training EFZ, HR further training is an advantage
At least two years of professional experience in a comparable HR role
Very good German and good English skills
Experience in supporting apprentices or vocational trainer course is an advantage
Independent, discreet, and careful personality with high initiative and team orientation
