Senior Physician Nuclear Medicine - Dual Specialist Title Nuclear Medicine / Radiology

The University Clinic for Nuclear Medicine at the Inselspital Bern is one of the largest and most efficient nuclear medicine departments in Switzerland. We offer the full spectrum of modern nuclear medicine diagnostic and treatment methods. Special focuses include diagnostics using PET/CT and SPECT/CT hybrid scanners, as well as nuclear medicine therapy procedures. We operate two whole-body PET/CT scanners.

What to expect

• Performing the full spectrum of nuclear medicine diagnostics and therapy with a focus on PET/CT diagnostics
• Reporting and clinical interpretation of nuclear medicine examinations
• Training, teaching and supervision of assistant physicians
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with clinical departments and participation in tumour boards
• Active involvement in scientific projects as well as participation in clinical research
• Contributing to the further development of diagnostic and therapeutic concepts

What you bring

• Specialist title in Nuclear Medicine and Radiology (dual specialist title)
• Extensive experience in nuclear medicine diagnostics and therapy, especially in PET/CT diagnostics
• Independent, structured and responsible working style
• Team and communication skills as well as a high quality awareness
