In the Stem and Immune Cell Therapy Department at USZ, you actively participate in the nursing care of our patients and support the team in implementing the most modern treatment concepts. Health Specialist EFZ for the Stem and Immune Cell Therapy Department 80-100%
from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- Nursing care of the patients assigned to you in tandem with a nursing specialist and within your defined area of competence
- Taking on administrative and logistical tasks in the department
- Passing on your knowledge to trainees and interns in everyday work
- Willingness to work early and late shifts

- Completed training as a Health Specialist
- Responsible, careful and resilient personality
- Enjoyment of demanding and nursing-intensive patient care
- Willingness to learn and quick comprehension

In the Stem and Immune Cell Therapy Department, we care for patients with complex haematological diseases before, during and after autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplants as well as in modern cellular and immunological therapies such as CAR-T cell therapies.
In doing so, you work in a highly specialised, interprofessional team and can gradually acquire in-depth skills in this exciting field.
