Service Technician (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000Our ROCKEN partner is an innovative company that has established itself in the market as part of a group. Responsibilities:
- Carrying out service assignments on-site at the customer to maintain and repair electrical systems, devices, and equipment
- Diagnosing and resolving faults and technical problems as well as conducting error analyses
- Installing and commissioning electrical systems and components according to customer requirements
- Close collaboration with the technical support team and other departments to find quick and effective solutions for customer issues
- Documenting the work performed and preparing service reports
Qualifications:
- Completed training in an electrical engineering field or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in electrical installation or maintenance
- Good IT skills and confident use of MS Office applications
- Driving licence category B and willingness to travel occasionally for work
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
