As part of the creation of a new sector within its Networks department, a company active in the production and distribution of renewable electricity is seeking a Sector Manager - Electrical Network.
Reporting to the Networks department management, you will lead and coordinate the strategic development of the electrical network. You will ensure strategic asset management, coordinate connections, and handle contractual aspects. You will steer the sector towards developing the project portfolio, encourage the upskilling of your team, particularly in Asset Management, and actively contribute to the department's leadership.

- Lead the strategic development of the network, focusing on supply security and long-term capacity integration.
- Ensure the management of strategic assets.
- Coordinate connections and manage associated contractual aspects (connection and network usage contracts).
- Conduct studies related to network development and monitor connection requests.
- Work closely with partner network operators, producers, industrial partners, clients, and authorities.
- Plan and develop sector resources, and encourage the development of team members' skills.
- Actively participate in department management and support the department head.
- EPF/HES engineering degree in electrical engineering or equivalent training, ideally complemented by an EMBA.
- At least 5 years of experience in the strategic development and asset management of electrical networks.
- Proven experience in team leadership.
- Experience in high voltage networks is an advantage.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary HV projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership ability and sense of responsibility.
- Organisational, planning, and anticipation skills.
- Perseverance, reliability, and flexibility.
- Native French or German speaker with very good command of the other language (C1), as well as a very good level of English (C1).
- A responsible role within a multidisciplinary, open, and dynamic team.
