YOUR TASKS
- Proper and professional processing of medical devices according to recognised quality standards
- Proper and professional processing of flexible endoscopes including cleaning, disinfection, functional checks, maintenance and documentation
- Ensuring compliant sterilisation procedures as well as carrying out the necessary checks and approvals
- Assembling instrument trays, sets and individual materials as well as their maintenance and upkeep
- Cleaning, operating and monitoring cleaning and disinfection devices, sterilizers and other technical equipment of the CSSD
- Co-responsibility for compliance with all relevant standards, laws and guidelines as well as for administrative tasks within the scope of the prescribed documentation
- Responsibility for the management and storage of sterile goods as well as for securing, promoting and checking work quality
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a Medical Device Technologist EFZ (MPT) or as a Technical Sterilisation Assistant with expertise level I or II; several years of professional experience in a CSSD
- Further training in the processing of flexible endoscopes is an advantage
- Independent, responsible and efficient working style, strong quality awareness and technical understanding
- Good MS Office user skills; experience with an electronic sterile goods management system (EuroSDS) is an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Good German language skills at level B2
