Nursing Expert: Digitalisation

Insel Gruppe AG is investing in the future of healthcare with new treatment offerings, new infrastructure, and digitalisation. We are looking for reinforcement at 80% full-time or 40% in a dual employment within clinical operations.

What to expect

• You will work in the Clinical Practice Development and Digitalisation team of the Nursing Directorate
• You will be significantly involved in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Epic and contribute to the digital transformation of Insel Gruppe
• You will lead and support projects to optimise and standardise clinical-operational processes and structures of the outpatient and inpatient units across the entire Insel Gruppe with a focus on nursing
• You will be closely involved in strategic and operational development topics and contribute to the quality development of nursing and the promotion of patient safety
• You will take an interdisciplinary and interprofessional approach and work across product lines

What you bring

• You are a qualified nurse HF / FH and hold a university degree at Master of Science level in nursing
• Epic knowledge is desirable but not mandatory
• You have a strong interest in combining clinical knowledge with digital and technical requirements and in further training (Epic certifications)
• You have an interest in organisational development and the design of processes and work environment factors
• You have experience in the conception, planning, and implementation of interdisciplinary and interprofessional projects
• You possess strong communication skills and represent professional topics in interdisciplinary and interprofessional committees with confident presence
