Responsibilities:
Record, check and update bills of materials in the system
Create warehouse orders and maintain existing data
Order required materials and initiate purchases
Coordinate external processing and track deadlines
Administratively support production orders
Support the express line and revision hall in case of bottlenecks
Provide technical documents and order data for manufacturing
Take on general tasks within production planning
Qualifications:
Technical basic training in mechanical engineering or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment
Experience in production planning or work preparation
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and technical workflows
Confident handling of bills of materials and production data
Organised and reliable working style
Independent handling of various orders and priorities
Practical working approach and technical understanding
