To strengthen its technical team, the City of Romont is advertising a position for

Technical Service Collaborator 50% to 70%

Main tasks – within the framework of building regulations

• Examine building permit and authorisation applications
• Inform various stakeholders and ensure file control
• Ensure administrative follow-up of files using the FRIAC application
• Collaborate and liaise with state services, architects, urban planners and engineers
• Participate in meetings related to projects and ensure site follow-up
• Collaboration within the Service or other technical matters

Profile

• Training as a draftsman/woman or technician in building or geomatics
• Experience in the construction sector and site supervision
• Good command of technical and municipal IT tools
• Good knowledge of construction and land use legislation (LAT, LATEC, RELATEC, RCU, etc.)
• Familiarity with the functioning of a municipal administration
• Organisational skills and good writing ability
• Discretion and sense of responsibility
• Interest in public affairs
• Collaborative spirit and initiative
