Health Assistant (M/F/D) on a permanent contract at 80% - EPSM La Colombière

The Saphir Foundation, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people weakened in their physical and mental integrity during their life process.

We are looking for our establishment EPSM La Colombière in Hermenches, which accommodates 15 people and specialises in adult psychiatry:

Whatever their role, the professionals of the Saphir Foundation share a common goal, that is to support people daily to enable them to concretely experience the institutional service strategy "like at home". That is, to preserve their habits as much as possible, offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through genuine interprofessional collaboration, ensure the well-being and happiness of the people.

As a health assistant, you support people in their daily lives by providing basic care, taking into account the support plan and their level of autonomy. You participate in the person's support plan by ensuring that their environment is adapted to their needs. You will collaborate interprofessionally by participating in socio-cultural activities. Through your values centred on humanitude, you establish a trusting relationship with the people and their relatives, creating a safe and adapted environment to their needs.

YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS

• You hold a Red Cross certificate or an equivalent qualification
• Driving licence
• Knowledge of the recovery model is a plus
• You are dynamic, attentive, flexible, adaptable and organised
• Your attitude is centred on the well-being of the person
• Communication, team spirit and the ability to self-reflect are qualities that define you
• You master common IT tools (Carefolio) and have a perfect command of the French language
