You enjoy sales, have a feel for people and really want to make a difference? Then we are looking for you as a Sales Consultant for Hotel & Catering to strengthen our team in Bern.

In this role, you take on the complete 360° recruitment process: from customer acquisition through support to recruitment and placement of candidates. You can expect a working environment that offers you scope for creativity and where you can make a difference together with a strong team.

• You actively acquire and support customers from the Hotel & Catering sector
• You conduct customer visits and personnel requirements analyses
• You take over the recruitment process: placing advertisements, searching for candidates, conducting interviews, creating dossiers
• You place candidates for temporary and permanent positions
• You support and accompany employees in deployment
• You use digital tools and networks to acquire customers and candidates

• Completed commercial training and/or professional experience in the Hotel & Catering sector
• Initial experience in technical sales, consulting or recruiting desirable
• Good communication skills, high service orientation and sales affinity
• Good knowledge of MS Office, social media and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
• Very good German skills, English an advantage
