CNC Setter M/F/D

Are you passionate about precision mechanics and is programming CNC machines second nature to you? To support the development of one of our partners, we are looking for a qualified CNC Setter.

Your playground:

• Setup and Start-up: You ensure the setup, preparation, and start-up of CNC machines (turning, milling, 3 to 5 axes).

• Programming & Optimisation: You adjust and optimise machining programmes directly on the numerical controls to guarantee a smooth and efficient production process.

• Machining & Production: You oversee the proper execution of manufacturing series of complex parts and make necessary corrections during machining.

• Quality Control: You carry out dimensional and aesthetic checks of produced parts using appropriate measuring instruments, strictly respecting the required tolerances.

• First-level Maintenance: You ensure the proper maintenance of your machine park and your workstation.

• Training: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic, precision mechanic, or an equivalent qualification.

• Experience: You have proven and confirmed experience as a setter on CNC machines within a demanding industry.

• Technical know-how: You master reading complex technical plans, handling control instruments, and common programming languages.

• Personality: You are autonomous, meticulous, rigorous, and have a strong team spirit.

• Flexibility: You are ready to work in shift patterns (2x8 or 3x8) if necessary.
