Role:
Do you want to independently manage purchasing and apply your experience in demanding procurement projects? In this position, you develop purchasing strategies, coordinate public tender procedures, and ensure economical and efficient procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
You develop purchasing strategies and procurement plans and implement them independently.
You coordinate public tenders and invitation procedures from preparation to award.
You optimise purchasing costs, quality standards, and supplier relationships and take on the associated controlling.
You handle the entire purchasing process and ensure a smooth procurement process.
You are the central contact person for internal procurement questions and support administrative purchasing processes.
You improve internal purchasing processes, keep the relevant documentation up to date, and conduct training sessions.
Qualifications:
You have further training as a purchasing specialist with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualification.
You bring three to five years of professional experience in purchasing.
Ideally, you have experience from a public institution or a regulated service company.
You preferably know public procurement procedures according to BöB as well as the SIMAP platform.
Advantageously, you have knowledge in the procurement of IT services and the optimisation of purchasing processes.
You convince through analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and an independent, structured, and reliable working style.
