- Handle and resolve support requests at 2nd Level

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
- Swiss German language skills mandatory, English skills advantageous

- Completed training in computer science or equivalent- Professional experience in IT support, ideally 2nd Level
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
