Attached to the Management, you support the administrative, financial and HR functions and contribute to their smooth daily operation.

🚩Your tasks
Support to Management
- Organisation of events and gestures aimed at valuing employees.
- Preparation of visuals, presentations and communication materials.
- Planning, coordination and follow-up of meetings.
- Writing minutes, reports and correspondence.
Accounting
- Debtor accounting: creation of purchase orders and internal invoicing.
- Creditor accounting: entry of daily invoices and payment orders.
- Financial accounting: entry of journal entries, monitoring of expense reports and cash management.
Personnel management
- Support for administrative personnel management: monitoring hours, drafting specifications/work certificates, participation in staff continuing education, management and monitoring of the personnel database.
- Support for recruitment: drafting advertisements, interviews and application follow-up.
- Insurance administration (affiliations, departures, family allowances, claims management, etc.)
🔎Your profile
- Swiss resident based in the region.
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training.
- German level C1 desired.
- Administrative experience. Basic accounting knowledge and use of Abacus an asset. Comfortable with IT tools, proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Organised and able to manage several tasks simultaneously with rigour and efficiency.
- Comfortable in communication and service-oriented, you enjoy contact with varied interlocutors and maintain excellent professional relationships.
- Versatile, flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the company.
- Available and altruistic, with a strong ability to work in a team.
