Electrical installations are part of every construction project – from the first flush-mounted socket to the complex system solution. Our Rocken partner develops and produces innovative installation products for electrical and construction professionals. The field of activity includes solutions for flush-mounted, hollow wall and concrete construction, fire protection, cable management, as well as plug-in installation systems. The focus is on the combination of technical precision and practical applicability. Short decision-making paths, independent work and a team with expertise characterise the daily work routine. You process orders from entry to posting of goods receipt.
Obtain supplier inquiries, compare offers and negotiate conditions.
Monitor delivery deadlines and take appropriate action in case of deviations.
Ensure supplier support including ongoing coordination.
Handle complaints with suppliers and the quality department.
Keep purchasing data and conditions up to date in the ERP system.
Coordinate internal clarifications with production, logistics and sales.
Obtain information and prepare calculations for customer-specific parts.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in purchasing or logistics.
Several years of experience in operational purchasing or a comparable procurement function.
Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel.
Good knowledge of ordering, materials management and supplier processes.
Confident appearance in negotiations and clear communication with external partners.
Independent, structured working style and good organisational understanding.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form.
