Responsibilities:
You independently manage rental properties and condominium ownership and ensure service-oriented support.
You coordinate the parties involved in maintenance and repair work and oversee implementation on site.
You plan and conduct condominium owners’ meetings and are a competent contact person for tenants and owners.
By preparing budgets and reports, you create transparency about the economic development of the properties.
You keep the owners’ finances under control, monitor relevant processes and reliably handle the associated correspondence.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in property management and hold a Swiss federal certificate as a property manager.
Thanks to your solid accounting knowledge, you handle financial matters and billing confidently.
Even under high workload, you act promptly and solution-oriented, set priorities and ensure high work quality.
Your attention to detail, confident demeanour and strong communication skills make you a valued contact person.
You enjoy digital solutions, like working in an entrepreneurial environment and are ready to take responsibility and get involved. Flawless German skills in spoken and written form complete your profile.
