Within the Property / Liability Claims department, we manage all claims related to property and liability insurance for our private and professional clients. In the event of storms or disasters, the Major Claims Task Force coordinates the organisation and immediately implements the necessary measures to support our clients.

In this context, you will join an experienced and well-established team, where you will independently and responsibly lead a team dedicated to complex claims in the Crissier region.

What you do

• You are responsible for technical management and lead a team of up to 9 employees handling the complete processing of claims in the areas of property, liability, and technical insurance.
• You ensure efficient claims management in accordance with guidelines and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
• You manage daily operations and ensure smooth running of activities.
• You encourage the professional and personal development of each team member.
• You actively support your team in implementing changes.

What you bring

• Federal insurance certificate or diploma from a specialised insurance college.
• Minimum 1-3 years of team management experience desired.
• Several years of experience in claims settlement and solid technical knowledge in property and liability insurance.
• Quick-witted, strong customer, service, and solution orientation.
• Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German.
