Logistics Specialist - 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract (100%)

Due to a retirement, we are looking for the person who will take over and strengthen our logistics team. A great opportunity to benefit from a transfer of know-how before bringing your own touch to our organisation.

On a daily basis, you will:

• Receive, check, and store equipment before making it available to the teams
• Prepare orders and ensure everyone has the right equipment at the right time
• Carry out inventories and keep a close eye on stock levels
• Maintain organised, efficient, and spotless storage areas
• Ensure the loading and unloading of goods
• Handle deliveries and returns of equipment between our Neuchâtel and La Chaux-de-Fonds sites, as well as on our construction sites
• Guarantee the reliability of stock movements in our IT systems and quickly detect any anomalies
• Actively participate in improving our practices: at Viteos, good ideas are always welcome!
• Take care of logistics equipment and ensure compliance with safety rules

To join us, you have:

• A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a logistics specialist or equivalent training
• Some initial experience in logistics
• A category B driving licence; category C is an advantage
• Forklift and overhead crane licences SUVA R1 and S2, essential for the role
• Good command of counterbalance forklifts, stackers, and electric pallet trucks
• Good knowledge of IT tools related to logistics
• Good knowledge of Neuchâtel and La Chaux-de-Fonds, ideally
• The flexibility to work at our two sites in Neuchâtel and La Chaux-de-Fonds
