What to expect

• Analysing and capturing future debt collection process requirements
• 2nd-level support for SAP/ASEM/AVSM debt collection system
• Optimising processes and ensuring stable, smooth operations while adhering to SLA requirements, security standards, and regulatory/legal obligations
• Technical responsibility for customer-oriented applications and point of contact for stakeholders regarding system functionality and operation

What you bring

• Completed education or further training (HF, FH, University) in business informatics or a comparable field
• Enthusiasm for technology and digitalisation as well as experience using common methods and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence), ideally also initial implementations with AI
• Professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar area, preferably with a focus on SchKG processes and SAP/ASEM/AVSM debt collection
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in complex and dynamic situations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to mediate between different stakeholders
