Responsibilities:
- You take on the role of Product Owner in the Value Hub Insurance CORE, responsible for the Solution Stream Commission
- In this role, you lead and further develop your assigned products with high quality
- You design the end-to-end customer contact, identify customer needs and market trends, and handle product escalations
- You prepare the product backlog, manage and prioritise it, and plan activities in line with organisational goals
- You define and monitor KPIs to measurably manage the success of your products
- As the product owner, you ensure timely and budget-compliant implementations through close coordination with the teams
Qualifications:
- Education or training in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally working with the SAFe Scaled Agile Framework
- In-depth insurance knowledge in the product and compensation area; knowledge of the industry software Syrius is an advantage
- Proven experience in requirements definition as well as collaboration with software suppliers and development teams
- Structured, independent working style and high motivation to work with agile methods and actively shape change
- Certifications in the SAFe environment or comparable qualifications in agile working are desirable
