About the job

Your tasks as a recruitment consultant:

• You manage your assignments independently, relying on clear weekly activity goals and a pre-established structure

• You attract new talent by writing advertisements published on multiple platforms

• You conduct interviews with candidates, organise and coordinate interviews with clients

• You prepare candidates for interviews through personalised coaching

• You ensure reference checks by phone with former employers

• As a specialist, you present a targeted selection of candidates and support your clients in choosing the ideal profile

• You maintain regular contact with your clients to discuss their staffing needs and present relevant candidates

What you bring:

• You are an ambitious person who easily establishes contact with others

• You are personable and enjoy teamwork

• You have completed at least one long internship or have at least some initial professional experience in Switzerland

• You speak French fluently. Good knowledge of German is an advantage.
