In this role, you combine your passion for software development with technical leadership and actively shape the future of modern backend solutions. You work close to the code, develop sophisticated features and ensure high quality standards. You take technical responsibility for the backend, make architectural decisions and keep performance, scalability and stability in mind. You support your team as a technical sparring partner, promote knowledge exchange and accompany colleagues with complex challenges. You thus take on a central role in the development process and contribute significantly to establishing technical excellence within the team.
Responsibilities:
You programme sophisticated backend solutions and shape their technical direction.
You establish sustainable design standards for modular and scalable applications.
You accompany developer teams in technical decisions and complex solution paths.
You improve deployment, testing and delivery processes with modern engineering methods.
You coordinate architectural topics and drive technological advancements together with central IT departments.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience with C#/.NET and modern software architectures.
Expertise in microservices, REST, event streaming and distributed applications.
Confident handling of Azure, Kubernetes, Docker and automated build processes.
Experience with GitOps, automated quality tests and application performance monitoring.
Analytical personality with very good German and good English skills.
