Client Representation (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF135,000 - 145,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are seeking an experienced individual for the client representation and real estate development of a professionally managed real estate portfolio. You will accompany demanding development, renovation and new build projects from the potential analysis and project definition through all SIA phases to turnkey handover. You will be responsible for the technical, economic and legal management of investment projects and lead external general contractors, planners and other service providers. The role combines real estate development, construction management and owner representation with asset and portfolio management as well as strategic sustainability goals.
Responsibilities:
Assuming client representation and fiduciary representation of owner interests in demanding real estate projects
Leading development, renovation, conversion and new build projects through all relevant SIA phases
Preparing potential analyses, feasibility studies and usage concepts as a basis for investment decisions
Conducting and assessing market, location and property analyses and developing suitable usage variants
Carrying out technical due diligence in real estate transactions including assessment of construction opportunities and risks
Defining project scope and construction interventions together with asset and portfolio management
Planning, organising and conducting study assignments and planner selection procedures
Leading and managing general contractors, lead planners, architects, specialist planners and individual service providers
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality, risks and project objectives from the owner’s perspective
Coordinating and negotiating with authorities, planning participants and executing companies
Ensuring the implementation of sustainability, economic efficiency and real estate strategies within the projects
Responsibility for owner-side project administration, documentation, decision bases and reporting
Qualifications:
University degree as FH/ETH architect or comparable higher technical construction education
Further training in real estate economics, real estate management or business administration is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in the Swiss real estate market as well as in managing complex construction and real estate projects
Solid experience in client representation and project development across all SIA phases
Knowledge in due diligence, real estate development, cost and risk management as well as contract law
Experience in managing general contractors, lead planners and external specialist planners
Excellent German and French language skills in spoken and written form
