Finance Specialist (Controlling / Accounting) 50–60% m/f

To strengthen the finance team, we are looking for a committed individual as a Finance Specialist 50-60%!

Your Tasks

• Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS as well as participation in the consolidated financial statements
• Responsibility for budgeting and medium-term planning
• Further development of the internal control system and conducting audits
• Controlling, analyses, and reporting for various units
• Collaboration with external partners (audit, accounting, authorities)
• Support with tax matters and transfer pricing
• Deputising for the head of finance and participation in operational accounting
• Preparation of board meetings

Your Profile

• Business administration training with a focus on finance or equivalent further education
• Experience in controlling, accounting, or audit, ideally international
• Analytical, structured, and discreet working style
• Very good German and English skills
• Flexibility in work assignments and occasional willingness to travel
