What awaits you
- You develop the existing clientele and ensure sustainable growth of turnover and profits in your sales sector through targeted upselling activities and acquisition of new customers.
- You are responsible for turnover, budget and daily management of your sector, mainly composed of key accounts.
- You also develop customised solutions for your clients, mainly in IT equipment and office supplies, and advise them on process management.
- You spend about 60 to 80% of your working time managing existing and potential customers, either on site or via digital channels.
- Our service centre is at your disposal for managing offers, while appointment scheduling with clients is your responsibility. In addition, you participate in regular exchanges within the Brack Business team and collaborate closely with various internal departments.
- You work in a friendly environment, alongside young colleagues motivated by success and a supervisor always ready to support you.

What you bring
- You have solid professional experience (at least 3 years) in B2B sales, ideally in office supplies and/or the IT or electronics sector.
- You have successfully completed your professional training, supplemented by a diploma in sales and/or marketing, such as the federal certificate of "Sales Specialist".
- You are equally interested in fieldwork and in managing offers and tenders, and you have a deep understanding of how key accounts and their key processes operate.
- You particularly appreciate personalised follow-up and acquiring new customers.
- You consider yourself proactive and ambitious, with a strong customer service orientation and highly developed negotiation skills.
- You are comfortable with numbers and have good knowledge of Excel.
- French is your mother tongue and you demonstrate great writing skills; your good knowledge of English or German enables you to work effectively in an international environment and communicate with your colleagues in Mägenwil.
- Your affinity for IT and knowledge of IT equipment will convince your interlocutors technically and help establish a trusting relationship with your future clients.
- Travel accounts for up to 60% of your time in your sales sector.
