Your mission
Customer Care:
As part of this varied role within our Front office team, you will play a key role in supporting our customers, from the initial contact through to the follow-up of existing clients. A significant part of your activity also involves welcoming and advising potential customers during visits to their future storage space. Thanks to your professional and convincing approach, you help provide an excellent customer experience and generate a high conversion rate.
Sales:
You also play an essential role in acquiring new customers. You handle enquiries received via our website, telephone, email, or directly on site and quickly identify the needs of our potential clients.
You present our solutions convincingly, advise interested parties in a needs-oriented manner, and convert enquiries into contracts. You enjoy working with targets, have a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, and appreciate measurable sales results.
You may be required to take charge of the operational needs of our various sites in French-speaking Switzerland, notably in Bussigny, Neuchâtel, and Villeneuve.
Your qualifications
For this demanding and varied position, you have several years of experience in sales, customer advice, or Customer Service and possess a strong customer orientation as well as a commercial mindset.
You enjoy contact with customers and thrive in advising and acquiring new clients, whether by phone, email, or in person.
You know how to adapt to different types of customers and approach each person with respect, openness, and professionalism.
