For our successful client in Lucerne, we are looking for a property professional.

Tasks

• Management of a property portfolio of yield and condominium ownership objects
• Contact person for tenants, owners and craftsmen
• Process optimisation
• Preparing and conducting meetings with craftsmen

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training with further education as a certified property manager
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position as a property manager
• Confident German language skills, technical understanding and team spirit
