About the job

What you will be doing exactly:

• First point of contact for specialist questions regarding credit and leasing applications
• Processing credit and leasing applications in collaboration with internal departments (Sales,
  Risk, Fraud, Debt Collection and Compliance)
• Reviewing applications using various systems and escalating or reporting to Risk, Fraud, Debt Collection or Compliance in case of suspected irregularities
• Providing telephone and written advice to the sales department (Sales), distribution partners
  (dealers) and end customers
• Processing contract extension applications

How to get along well with us:

• You have a commercial education or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you bring experience in the financing or automotive sector.
• You have very good German and French language skills, both spoken and written.
• You work in a structured, reliable and service-oriented manner.
• You convince through team spirit as well as clear and target group-appropriate communication
