What is my role?

You take on the leadership of the finance department in an innovative manufacturing company and play a central role in strategic development. You navigate confidently within a matrix organisational structure and act as the interface between central financial management and operational business units.

• You lead the central finance team and coordinate the business controllers in the various production areas

• Responsibility for financial accounting, monthly and annual financial statements, as well as reporting according to recognised standards

• You actively drive the digitalisation of financial processes and establish modern controlling tools

• Consolidation of budget planning for all business units and derivation of financial targets from strategies

• Conducting profitability analyses, investment calculations, and profit management

• You support the management in treasury matters, risk management, and strategic projects

Your role is characterised by entrepreneurial thinking, strategic foresight, and the ability to make complex contexts understandable.

What do I need to be successful?

You bring solid expertise in finance and are eager to make a real impact in a dynamic environment.

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, or controlling

• Several years of leadership experience in financial accounting and controlling

• Confident handling of ERP systems and modern digitalisation tools

• Strong communication skills and leadership at eye level. You can communicate confidently with all levels

• Entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness, and at the same time the ability for integrative collaboration

• You think in networks, keep an overview, and find pragmatic solutions for complex issues
