What is my role?

You are the central contact person for insured persons, employers, authorities and regional employment centres. In this role, you examine and process incoming benefit applications and are responsible for the calculation and payment of insurance benefits. In addition, you issue rulings and advise our customers and partners competently and service-oriented in the implementation of AVIG.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training (E-profile) or an equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience.

• Experience in demanding administrative work, ideally in the

• REQUIRED: Private or social insurance sector.

• Confident handling of legal provisions; knowledge of dealing with legal issues is an advantage.

• High understanding of social concerns, intercultural sensitivity and appreciation of trade union matters.

• Proficient use of MS Office applications.

• Independent, resilient and decisive personality with a structured way of working and a strong flair for numbers.

• Foreign language skills desired
