Project Manager Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)

In this role, you take overall responsibility for demanding heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects from planning to successful implementation. You coordinate internal and external project participants, ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality, and make well-founded technical decisions. You analyse complex building services requirements and develop efficient, sustainable solutions. You ensure clear documentation and transparent communication and make sure that all project phases proceed in a structured and professional manner. As an experienced specialist, you apply your know-how purposefully to continuously develop projects technically and organisationally.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the entire project organisation from planning to final acceptance
Use and coordination of modern technologies such as laser scanners, drilling robots, and digital planning tools
Management of the procurement process as well as negotiations with suppliers and partner companies
Close collaboration with site supervisors and organisation of personnel deployment planning
Coordination between specialist planners, site management, and installation teams using BIM models
Independent handling of demanding projects in the fields of industry, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and other complex building types
Qualifications:
Completed training in building services engineering, preferably as a building services planner EFZ, technician HF, or with a comparable qualification
Experience in planning and executing complex building services projects
Knowledge of digital planning methods, ideally with experience in BIM
Enjoyment in organising projects as well as leading and coordinating teams
Entrepreneurial thinking and motivation to implement projects successfully both technically and economically
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team orientation
