The Eldora Group operates in the field of collective catering. With consolidated turnover of over CHF 400 million, it is one of the largest catering groups in Switzerland. Its headquarters, located in Rolle (VD), brings together all administrative functions and employs more than a hundred staff.
To complete the kitchen team of an establishment, we are looking for a:
Restaurant Manager / Head Chef at 100%

Your role:You will hold a responsible position offering varied tasks and the opportunity to manage a restaurant independently while benefiting from the tools and support of a large group.
You will ensure the production of hot and cold cuisine for lunch services, as well as the distribution of meals. You will design and plan varied and balanced menus. During events within the establishment, you will ensure the smooth running of the service.
Accompanied by our dietitians, you guarantee the quality and satisfaction of customers, in strict compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
As a manager, you supervise the kitchen team, recruit and train staff, while managing budgets, inventories and orders.
Finally, you are responsible for organising and maintaining the cleanliness of premises, equipment and materials in accordance with the cleaning plan.
Your profile:Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a cook or an equivalent qualification, you have proven experience in a similar role, ideally acquired in the field of collective or traditional catering.
You have excellent command of purchasing, cost and stock management and are comfortable with the various administrative tasks related to running a restaurant.
A caring manager, you know how to support and empower your employees while actively participating in production and service.
Flexible and versatile, you appreciate small-scale environments and are able to adapt quickly to the needs of the establishment and its guests.
You stand out for your rigour, organisational skills and excellent sense of service. Creative and proactive, you enjoy offering tasty and original culinary services.
Excellent command of French is essential for this role.
Additional information:- Continuous hours from Monday to Friday (6am - 3pm).
